Muscle Monday:  Week 5: I know this will be a controversial topic, but I do think it needs to be discussed.  At one time I also used to say “the gym is my therapy” but we need to understand the difference between something that may feel therapeutic, and something that is indeed therapy.  While exercising can play a big role in helping with depression, anxiety, and even trauma, please be sure you’re seeking outside professional help if needed.
