On this week's episode of Muscle Monday, Sarah discusses how no matter what we do, we can not choose where the fat comes from our bodies.  Yes, we can work out specific body parts, but doing 1000 crunches will NOT get you abs.  Doing 100 tricep extensions will not take your bat wings away.
