187: Go From 0-1, Not 0-100!

On this week’s episode of FNF -  Sarah talks about the all-or-nothing mentality of going from 0-100.  But what would happen if we only went from 0 to ONE instead? The problem is when we cannot maintain 100 we go back down to zero.  We don’t make a stop at 70, or 50, or even ten!  Just zero!  This is why going to ONE will get us there faster than 100, because ONE is manageable and maintainable - 100 is NOT!
