On this week’s Muscle Monday, Sarah Interviews ALP Ashley Crocker. She is an experienced fitness and nutrition coach and has been coaching for 11 years. She has experience working in the CrossFit space, working with people in a 1-1 setting, and has coached hundreds of people with their nutrition. After having her own major injury in 2020 and seeing the gaps in the fitness industry she experienced, she now works with people stuck in the gap between fitness and healthcare. She works as an Active Life Professional, helping people get rid of nagging pain through a customized approach to fitness.
