What do you think of when you hear the word ‘cheat’? I know what I think of, and it’s never anything good. “Cheat meals” are a great way to leave you stuck in a cycle of guilt and shame.  And when we add in to that meal plans, being told what to eat, and never learning, it creates an even bigger problem!  Thoughts?
