If you are on this journey but not seeing results, you must check with yourself. Are you doing ALL of the basics before we point fingers at other problems? And how consistently are you doing the basics to know maybe there is another reason you’re not getting the results you want?
Reality checks and looking in the mirror can be very hard. However, bringing awareness to the problem tends to lead to answers.
