This week on Friday NO Filter, Coach Sarah talks about how easy it is to set our expectations a little bit too high OR too low.  How many times have you started this journey?  How often have you quit or given up when you didn’t get the results you wanted in a week, month, or three months?

But think about where you could be in a year - if you just kept going. We often underestimate the work we can do in a year but overestimate what we can accomplish in a month.  

Ladies - we need to do better with this!
