This week on FNF, Sarah smashes this notion that weight loss means fat loss. We are so concerned with the scale moving down, we don’t care WHAT it is, that makes it tick. It could be muscle, it could be bowls, it could be water - it honestly doesn’t matter right? Wrong. The last thing we want to be losing is muscle, and without proper protein intake AND strength training, it’s a high possibility that it is. Let’s not get super hung up on the scale and what the number is doing, and use some other markers all for data collection!
