If it was as simple as calories in VS calories out, I wouldn’t be here doing what I do, and you would be the exact weight you wanted to be. However, it’s just not that simple. Something I have noticed lately is people just want to use eat mediocre food, with little to no nutritional value, and expect to get the results they want. Yes, science says if you stay under the amount of calories your body needs to lose weight, you should lose weight. It’s just not that simple.
