Are you being honest with yourself about your level of effort? Are you being honest about what you’re consuming?
Or are you making excuses? Do you tell yourself you’re doing what you need to make the change you want?
This can be very hard to bring to the surface, but it is necessary in order not just for the physical change but the mental change as well. You must rewire your brain to do this. It is hard but important.
