Time. It is the one thing you cannot get back.
In this episode, Coach Sarah talks about time in two different ways.
The first way is not being able to get time back. Have you been spending your time doing things that are driving you towards your goal? Or are you just saying it’s too hard or it’s not that important to you?
The other part has more time than we actually think. You need to decide if you are making an excuse or if why you’re not doing something is valid. How are you spending your own 24 hours in the day?
The flip side of this is how we label ourselves when talking about time. Are you giving yourself a label that you cannot let go of because you don’t like it or it’s uncomfortable? Are you saying you aren’t capable of things when you really are?
These are some tough questions and truths to come to. You may not like what you see on the other side, but the great thing here is you can do something about it. It’s not too late to start making the best of your time.
