Why is it that you’re never seeing the results you want? Have you ever asked yourself this? I know I did. For far too long. I realized, though, that there was a difference between the last time I began my weight loss journey, and every other time I had tried. I was over the fad diets. I was done with them. They had never worked before, and I knew it was not what I needed. It was not going to get me where I wanted to go. What did change? What I started to go after. I stopped chasing the quick fix and started going after a lifestyle change.
