This week, Coach Sarah discusses pushing down the person you truly desire to be. Why do we keep doing this? Why do we keep settling for less than what we want? What are you so scared of?
In a world where we are so focused on becoming physically smaller, we also end up becoming smaller emotionally. So as we keep pushing down who we want to be, at some point, it will come out. But you get to choose in a way that happens!
We think it’s all about weight loss, which is just surface level. It is so much bigger than that!
